Ashanga and Viniyoga

In this class, you will learn various breathing exercices and yoga postures.


What you'll learn

We'll begin with breathing in order to keep the body and mind focused. We will stretch all our body parts, focusing on those that are a bit harder to stretch. I will teach you how to find your balance and flexibility throughout the yoga postures.

I've practiced Gymnastics for over 8 years, and after an accident, I had to stop urgently. And that's when my yoga and meditation journey started. First, it was in order to keep my core strength and flexibility and that lead to me being completely in love with this practice. My teacher was a very good friend of mine who built his life around Yoga and wellbeing and he was and still is a huge inspiration to me and encouraged me to start teaching. I now want to share my knowledge and experience with those who are willing to learn.
