What you'll learn

For the first 5-8 minutes of class there will be a short stretch session then we will go onto core exercises followed by lower body exercises and then again a short stretch session at the end.

This is my 4th year working as a Biokineticist and 3rd year working as a Pilates Instructor. I love helping people reach their goals and get my clients through their rehabilitation.

Towel, mat, arm weights, theraband
