Pilates ABC

In the class we will practice the Pilates sequence variations which can be modified to each level. all you need is a mat, a place to practice and your good to go!

What you'll learn

Pilates is all about elongation of the spine, minding the small details of the body, strength, mind-body flexibility, breath and deep deep core work to keep the body healthy, strong and uninjured.   
*3 people a class is the minimum.

This class is perfect for

Man and woman of all ages and sizes, especially if you want to work on your posture, if you want and need to work on your core muscles for strength post injury/ pregnancy et cetera.

I have been teaching in studios all over Tel-Aviv. When covid started I started teaching via Zoom. Though challenging at first I have come to learn the benefits of working online, such as: comfort ,time flexibility, space and feeling less shy in training next to other people.

What students need

Just a mat :)
