Fusion Pilates Class

Bringing HIIT cardio workout into a Pilates class. Filled with lots of fun, movement and cardio workout in a Pilates class.

What you'll learn

It will be a 45 minute Fusion Pilates class. For the first 5 minutes we will be doing a 5 minute stretch. The next 30 minutes will be a fun cardio workout with a pilates twist in the class. The last 10 minutes will be stretching to have a nice cool down at the end of the session.

What students need

Mat, water bottle and towel.
