45 minutes of focusing on core and posture exercises. I will be including stretching during the class and ending the class off with 10 minutes of stretching. I am also going to teach you how to be more aware of your posture.

This Core & Posture class was amazing! Chavah is full of energy, friendly and so motivating. I really appreciate that she explains what to do in each exercise and how it impacts the body. I plan to take many more of Chavah's classes!! Highly recommended!!
