Core & Posture class

Rehabilitation class. This class will be specifically focusing on Core & posture. If you are working everyday behind a desk and not moving all day, this class is definitely for you.


What you'll learn

45 minutes of focusing on core and posture exercises. I will be including stretching during the class and ending the class off with 10 minutes of stretching. I am also going to teach you how to be more aware of your posture.

This is my 4th year working as a Biokineticist and 3rd year working as a Pilates Instructor. I love helping people reach their goals and get my clients through their rehabilitation.

What students need

Mat, towel, 18cm ball/pillow
