A safe space for women to come together and talk about their experience of being a woman. Here you are allowed to unapologetically be yourself, share your deepest fears and truest desires, without the fear of being judged.

What you'll learn

During the class I will share my story, personal insights and experience of

✔️ re-owning my feminine power as The Creator of my life
✔️ liberating myself of the social conditioning on what a woman "should be" 
✔️ cultivating daily practices in order to connect with my feminine essence 

You will also have the opportunity to get to know women from different parts of the world and co-create meaningful connections

any woman, who is looking for a safe space to be vulnerable & learn practices to connect deeply to their feminine essence and nurture deep, meaningful connections with other women.

I am a TEDx speaker, Life & Relationship coach, as well as Mental Health Advocate. I am here to help you cultivate the necessary skills in order to create fulfilling relationships, meaningful professional path and thriving life! My academic background (both BA & MA) is in Communications. I am the co-founder of Kaizen Mastery People Development Institute, based in Armenia and have 5+ years of experience as a professional coach, speaker and trainer. I have also been a facilitator of many local and international online and offline workshops, focused on personal development, mental health and holistic well-being.
