1:1 Health Coaching w/ Ongoing Support-30 minutes
What you'll learn
During this session we will connect via zoom and discuss your overall health and unique goals related to your health and stress management. I'll provide tangible items for you to take away to start you on your health journey right away. After our first session, I will be available to you via email and voxer or slack for two weeks following our session. The support includes any additional questions that come up, accountability for implementing your new lifestyle habits, morale support, etc. This support will truly catapult you to a becoming the CEO of your stress & health. In this package I recommend a commitment of 1- 2 sessions a month for 6-12 months in order to create and implement true lasting and change into your life. I help my clients push past the confusion of the health & wellness industry to create lifestyle habits that bring them energy and work with their body instead of against it! If you are ready to beat your fatigue & insomnia without relying on caffeine I got your back! If you are ready to change your life and really make yourself a priority these sessions are for you!
