The seven types of meditation

We begin slowly with breathing exercises to calm the body and mind. Then, we will allow ourselves to connect gently our breathing to a certain flow within our body.

What you'll learn

Throughout the breathing exercises, automatically, our body flow and mind slow down and relax.  Allowing ourselves to do so, will lead us to a certain posture in which our our limbs are linked, hands on knees, to open joints and shoulders increasing mobility and align our chakras.
This class is very gentle and requires no standing or movements.

I've practiced Gymnastics for over 8 years, and after an accident, I had to stop urgently. And that's when my yoga and meditation journey started. First, it was in order to keep my core strength and flexibility and that lead to me being completely in love with this practice. My teacher was a very good friend of mine who built his life around Yoga and wellbeing and he was and still is a huge inspiration to me and encouraged me to start teaching. I now want to share my knowledge and experience with those who are willing to learn.
