Following the meditation Niamh guides you slowly into a deep, restful and peaceful yoga flow, allowing you to pause in restful states for a longer period of time.

Niamh is qualified as a yoga teacher across multiple modalities. Her experience teaching around the world has lead her to hosting retreats, workshops and works 1-1 closely with students ranging from yoga, meditation, breathwork and health coaching.
