What you'll learn
Mindfulness is the core of social emotional learning. Mindfulness practices help with emotional regulation, self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, and decision-making. Sessions will be introductory and easy to learn. The mindfulness lessons offer stress-reduction tools, increase focus and productivity, and bring happiness to your personal and professional life. In each session you will learn different techniques that can help you to stay in the present moment and live a healthier and happier life. In my private mindfulness meditation sessions, you will receive practical techniques that can easily be incorporated into your day. You will learn to give your mind a break to relax and release all the tensions and stresses of daily life. You will learn to bring awareness to your thoughts, emotions, feelings, and bodily sensations; observe them non-judgmentally, and manage them mindfully. You will learn to be mindful of your five senses, we practice being mindful of our breath, our bodies, sounds, smell, taste and touch. We will cultivate practices of Gratitude, Generosity,Compassion & Forgiveness. So you will become self-aware, more caring and compassionate towards yourself and others.
