Living well with ADHD

Lifestyle changes help manage the symptoms so you can live well with ADHD.

What you'll learn

ADHD is a lifelong condition, but it's also a superpower! While symptoms change with time, they still interfere in daily life if you do not have the adequate tools and techniques to support you every day.

Relationships, health, work, and finances are just a few areas impacted. Find support on issues with impulsivity, organization, communication and concentration to live well with ADHD.
When working with people with ADHD, I prefer to work first with all the qualities ADHD brings and work on the weaknesses to balance.
I have myself and my youngest ADHD; with love, patience, techniques and tools, you can improve ADHD. We never used medications; this class is for people who want to adapt to their disorder naturally or find a new way to self-regulate.

This class is perfect for
