Impostor Syndrome: 3 ways to overcome it

If sometimes you feel like a fraud.... you are not alone! 70% of people (at least) experience Impostor Syndrome. If you would like more of what it is and how to overcome it, join this interactive workshop.

What you'll learn

Have you ever thought “I can’t catch up with this classmate, I just can't!”, “will I ever be THAT good?” Or further, did you find yourself observing from the bench amazing people having lives you can only dream of having.

I feel you!

Chances are that like most humans (70% to be precise) you have experienced Impostor Syndrome at some point in your life. According to Psychology Today, people who have it feel that they aren’t as competent or intelligent as others might think.

Because I really don’t want you walking around wasting your potential in pointless second-guessing, I created a workshop where we dissect Impostor Syndrome. We will discuss how it looks, smells, and tastes, and what to do when it shows up at your door.

Here is the outline:

- Do you have impostor syndrome?
- Personality traits that enhance Impostor Syndrome
- The 5 most common types of "impostors"
- 3 ways to deal with Impostor Syndrome

This workshop is designed to find areas for improvement in the way we talk to ourselves while keeping it casual and entertaining.

Let's turn the unhealthy habits around, and find better inner monologues!

This class is perfect for

People who have experienced Impostor Syndrome, or its symptoms (not feeling competent enough, second-guessing, feeling inferior to colleagues in any way).

Your Teacher

[object Object]
I have a purpose, to help individuals live intentional lives. And found a wonderful tool to aid me: Psychology. I have been studying (and living) it for over 13 years. I hold Master's from the University of Groningen, and (most importantly) know hundreds of stories from my life and the people I crossed paths with. Because knowledge without experience is incomplete, I also make sure to live a life of intention. Curiosity leads me through strange paths, from settling in a new continent to being a digital nomad. I think life is the greatest teacher and I squeeze every bit of learning I can from every experience.

What students need

A willingness to dive into their own minds (highly rewarding in the end!).
