The Big Burn is an intense work out which is great for those who are looking to improve cardio - fitness and also tone and weight loss

What you'll learn

In a Big Burn session, all participants will go though a warm up, then you will be going through a series of specific exercises which work the whole body.
The compound nature of these exercises, are created using just the body, arms and legs to give what is a fantastic effective and functional workout, without the use of any equipment.
At the completion of every session, there is then a cool down and stretch.
