An introduction to Strong Nation. Strong Nation combines Hiit style training, martial-arts movements and plyometric exercise in synced with the music. This is not a full class. A typical Strong Nation class goes for between 45 to 60 minutes. This class involves doing burpees, lunges, squats, pushups, upper cut and hook. Please have an accessible web cam and this class is best done using a tablet or computer. PLEASE NOTIFY 3 HOURS BEFORE CLASS STARTS IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL.
