High Intensity Tempo Fitness Training - 45 mins

Learn the "strong nation" method and motivation for HITT fitness. Get ready for a rhythm-based, high-intensity interval class. Tempo training is the best workout for strength, cardio, endurance, and weight loss.


What you'll learn

Complete Strong nation's 4 quadrants tempo training including:
-Warm-up
-Ignite
-Push your limit
-Abs exercise
-Cooldown

This at-home fitness program uses HIIT style training, combined with martial arts movements and bodyweight training.  

We'll have loud music synced to the workout to motivate and push students to be their best.

Tempo training workouts involve doing burpees, jumping squats, butt kicks, and tummy crunches. 
Zumba® is not all about dancing! It is a full body, bodyweight, exercise & no equipment needed.

I am certified Strong Nation and Zumba Instructor. I gained my certification as a Strong Nation instructor in October 2020. With Zumba I gained my certification since April 2021 Strong Nation is a High Intensity Interval Fitness Training - HITT. There are 4 Quadrants all in tune with the music which will motivate you and push you to your limit You will be doing push up, squats, side kicks, upper cuts, hooks. Yes its martialart, Plyometric fitness training. Zumba is an aerobic dance fitness exercise.

What students need

Wear comfortable running shoes and gym attire. You will need a face towel, water bottle, a mat, and fitness clothes.
Please have an accessible webcam. This class is best done using a tablet or computer.
