What you'll learn
Complete Strong nation's 4 quadrants tempo training including: -Warm-up -Ignite -Push your limit -Abs exercise -Cooldown This at-home fitness program uses HIIT style training, combined with martial arts movements and bodyweight training. We'll have loud music synced to the workout to motivate and push students to be their best. Tempo training workouts involve doing burpees, jumping squats, butt kicks, and tummy crunches. Zumba® is not all about dancing! It is a full body, bodyweight, exercise & no equipment needed. PLEASE NOTIFY 3 HOURS BEFORE CLASS STARTS IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL.
