This class involves doing burpess jumping squats butt kick tummy crunches. It is an all body workout. Zumba® is not all about dancing!! Body weight exercise & no equipment needed.

This is a 40 mins exercise Wear comfortable running shoes and you will need face towel water bottle a mat and fitness attire.
