Introduction to Facial Yoga

What is Facial Yoga? How does Facial Yoga work? All great questions that I will cover in the class while guiding you through a simple 5 minute facial yoga routine for you to experience the power of facial yoga.


What you'll learn

This is a 30minute class to understand and experience Facial Yoga. 
If you plan to participate please ensure you have cleansed skin and clean hands. I would recommend to have some facial oil or moisturizer to hand during the class.

I have been within the Beauty and Wellbeing industry since 2005 both as a therapist and a lecturer. I taught all subjects from nail technology, massage, facial electricals, reflexology, aromatherapy but my main passion was for natural skincare. 5yrs ago I decided to dedicate my time and focus to building a online salon to educate and serve my audience with Holistic Skincare. I currently offer online holistic skincare support through Facial Yoga and Crystal Facial Tools workshops, skin mapping consultations, and provide ongoing skincare education through a community hub on FB called Face F.I.T I also write a beauty column for a global magazine available via Instagram s.jbrown_

What students need
