Face Yoga Session 1 - Upper Face Routine

Session 1 focuses on the upper face. This class is particularly good for anyone wanting to work on frown lines, eye area concerns, and cheek area. The workshop includes the full 10minute upper facial yoga routine that involves: -facial exercises -facial massage -acupressure techniques - relaxation techniques - skin nutrition Every participant will receive a E-Booklet for future reference and be invited in to my Face F.I.T FB group. Please note: If you have had Botox or fillers in the last 2 weeks, please schedule for a later date. Yes, you can absolutely incorporate facial yoga with injectables but there are certain guidelines to follow, please reach out for details. If you require a different time / day , PLEASE ASK. Learning should be fun and a session with Sarah is. Sarah teaches in a very enjoyable way. Facial yoga is fantastic. If you are concerned about your facial skin aging these classes will show you how to improve that. Forget the Botox and fancy creams Facial Yoga will make your skin feel and look alive. A session is less than the cost of 1 good cream that will last a month, the knowledge you learn in this class will last your lifetime. Highly recommended.
