Balance and Bands-Beginner (Older Adult)
In this class we work on balance, using bands in a variety of ways to increase strength of both upper and lower body as well as core.
What you'll learn
This class is good for beginner exercisers and those who may not be familiar with using bands. It is a slower pace class and can be adapted to be taught both seated or standing. All exercises will be taught in a step by step fashion.
