Crafting and inventing (The First Circuit) (1)

In this class, a very simple circuit will be created which will allow familiarity with circuits.

What you'll learn

The circuit will be very easy to make, and would be the very first circuit that someone with no-knowledge about electronics would easily be able to make. This will teach the student about voltage, resistance, and, (if done incorrectly), why bulbs fuse.

This class is perfect for

Beginners with little to no knowledge about electronic circuits.

Your Teacher

[object Object]
I have built an award-winning Robot (See https://artscouncilofsurrey.ca/arts2021-exhibition/ for details) . I also am working on building a version 2 of the same Robot that con be voice-controlled. I somewhat know about Arduino programming. I have learnt about electrical circuits from experimenting, and as a result I practically know about voltage, current, resistance, and other electrical items used in circuits. I also made an autonomous floor cleaning robot, but upgraded it to a remote-control car.

What students need

Light Emitting Diode (small 3v DC ones), 15 cm (The more the easier) Metal wire (Not the hard to bend ones) (Jumper wires would be better, but are not absolutely necessary), 2x AA batteries, Switch, Resistor (200 ohm), Tape, Scissors, Eagerness to learn.
