What you'll learn
Yin Yoga is a passive, meditative, slow-paced style of Yoga. In the 60-minute class, we'll practice restorative floor-based stretches, typically held for between 2-5 minutes. Because the postures are held for a long period of time, breath awareness and mindfulness are large parts of Yin Yoga.
