What you'll learn
This class will give you a feel of the actual class in a short 20 minutes. This class is a private coaching between you and the instructor. If you like the class book in for the full class which is one hour and it is held on Thursday and Saturday 10am, Sunday 8.30am Note: Only to be used once per person. Please check with your doctor that you are right to exercise and you are not under any medical condition.
