Meet Theodora Floros,

Your teacher

For 25 years I have worked and trained towards being a chef. I am lucky to live in a diverse food city such as Montreal, where I had the chance to work with some fabulous and well known chefs, who taught me how to transform ingredients in the most gentle ways.
