WARNING: Many times, a lot of our resolutions fail, but this year, they don’t have to be yours! In this workbook you’ll learn how to create the right resolutions to improve your life and create a plan on how to reach it. Create doable resolutions You’ll give yourself your best shot at success if you set a goal that’s doable — and meaningful too. Reasons why many resolutions fail: * The resolution is created based on what someone else (or society) is telling you to change. * The resolution it’s too vague. * There is no realistic plan for achieving the resolution. This course will be divided into set of two courses one long and one short. this longer course is advised to be taken in 4 set of classes.
