My background & experienceOver the course of my Culinary Career, I have trained over 50 Chefs to make fresh pasta from scratch, I have been teaching pasta making privately for two years, and with Covid segue into virtual platforms like Zoom to teach since June of 2020. Prior to this, I worked in celebrated restaurants like Chicago RPM Italian, and in Los Angles Felix Trattoria. My pasta recipes are the same as the Chefs use. I developed them over the years, in which I was able to personally produce over 250,000 portions of pasta.
My classes and teaching styleMy classes are designed to make cooking from scratch very approachable. Accommodating all cooking skill levels to beginner at home cooks, to hospitality Professionals & Chefs. Everything gluten excites me, the classes I offer all have deep roots in Authentic Italian Cuisine, with contempary twists and some flavor profiles found in diffrent cuisines from around the world.
