Yoga for the Neck, Back & Shoulders
What you'll learn
This class: - Is dedicated to release the tension, stiffness and pain in the back, shoulders and neck - Improves posture and increase flexibility (the less flexible you are, the more you need this - don't worry, I've got exactly what you need) - It actually relieves headaches, too, believe it or not - Has a very well-thought throw sequence, targeting all the muscles in the respective areas - Is low impact and medium paced, lots of breath involved to relax the muscle You'll walk on clouds afterwards, like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

Beginners, you're more than welcome, it's the right class to start with, because it's slower and low impact. I know how to take care of you!

So... expect a well-rounded experience, with just enough of all the good stuff that lifts up your body and spirit.
What to bring
A yoga mat (if not, a carpet or towel to be able to sit and kneel comfortably)
2 pillows or rolled towels, in case you prefer to support your knees when sitting crossed legged
Water, just in case ;)
