The 8 sessions contain: 1. Getting to know your triggers and how, when and what to eat. How to give yourself treats daily and on the weekend without putting on weight. 2. A hypnosis session to reinforce the messages of session one. 3. A hypnosis session targeting the subconscious. Creating desire to eat the foods and amounts that are good for you. 4. Working to change your meridians (your energy systems through EFT tapping so when you get a temptation you will be able to bring it down. 5. Hypnosis session targeting the subconscious. weakening the desire to consume foods and amounts that are wrong for you. 6. Somatic experiencing: How to bring down activation in your nervous-system through working with your brain stem (the subconscious, the reptilian brain),and controlling the emotion that makes you eat. 7. Continuation of session 6 8. Hypnosis session, reinforcing all the learning.
