Vinyasa yoga with alignment focus (No props)
In this class, we will flow through sun salutations with postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. All levels are welcome as options for poses are provided.
What you'll learn
Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses. Individuals new to yoga, and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
