TranscenDance (TM) is a powerful fusion of relaxing stretching, deep-breathing, fun free-form movement & conscious dance, positive-creative visualization, energy healing, embodiment coaching, and life empowerment.


What you'll learn

TranscenDance (TM) is a conscious dance modality based in authentic movement as a transformational and healing art.  Created and founded by Jennifer Jimenez TranscenDance (TM) was birthed from the fields of personal development, mind-body practices, spiritual psychology, somatics, and energy healing.  TranscenDance (TM) takes you through 10 stages of movement:
1. Source - set and intention and visualize the outcome
2. Spirit - connect to your breath and the life force energy around you.
3. Stretch - create mental and physical flexibility in your body.
4. Self - express yourself by allowing each body part to dance you, beginning with your head and ending with your feet.
5. Shift - The dance of release.  Release negative energy and emotion through movement and sound.
6. Surrender - Refill your body challis and infuse your spirit with positive energy and light while spirit moves you in the dance of surrender.
7. Synergy - Allow your authentic self to be witnessed and respected by others and hold a safe space for others to be witness and respected. 
8. Serve - The dance of community allows our highest form of love to be expressed by gratefully serving and extending love and kindness to ourselves, loved ones, and the world.
9. Soothe - Access healing energy from the Divine and heal your mind, body, body, and spirit.
10. Stillness - Relax back into stillness and allow the dance to move through you bringing you inner peace, clarity of mind, resonance, and connect with the point of power within you.

I am a life long learner. I have a BS in Psychology and an MA in Educational Psychology. I substitute taught for about 15 years and have worked in Social Services as an intake clinician, case manager, and therapist. I began pursuing a spiritual path in my twenties
