Spanish lessons based on current, relevant topics covered in the news. These lessons include different materials such as short texts, real news, audiovisuals, etc. so you can discuss different themes in Spanish.

What you'll learn

In these lessons we will pick up some interesting topics from the news so you will be able to discuss them in the second part of the lesson.

Firstly, we will warm up with some general activities or questions and then you will go over the basic expressions related to the topic. Each lesson will be based on real news (a short article, a news bulletin, audiovisuals, etc.) with some interesting language items.

Finally, you will discuss that topic with me, putting into practice the phrases you have seen during the lesson and using some structures for debating.

This class is perfect for

Spanish learners interested in learning through the news as well as in debating current issues.
