Have you been craving time to paint/sketch/create, but 'more important' things always seem to come up just when you're about to sit down to art? _______________________________________________________________ If these questions made you twinge with recognition, then this is the class for you, my friend. Sign up to finally GET. THAT. THING. DONE. Here's what we're going to do: 10 minutes - You will learn a quick motivation/productivity/anti-procrastination tool and you will set an intention for this productivity session. 20 minutes - Silent time for you to work on 'that thing'. (But cameras are on, so no texting! Unless, that's the task you've set for yourself. 😉) 5 minutes - Stretch break! We will do some chair stretches or breathwork as a quick energizer. 20 minutes - Silent time for you to work on 'that thing'. (But cameras are on, so no Instagram! Unless, that's the task you've set for yourself. 😯) 5 minutes - Accountability time! You get to share what you've accomplished and I'll send you off with some final words and encouragement. 🥳 Sign up for one session if you're trying to knock one annoying thing off of your to-do list, or sign up for a block of sessions if you're trying to create a habit (writing, drawing, responding to emails, mopping your floor) and you need a block of protected work time on a weekly basis. The tools and stretch breaks vary from week to week and are based on your feedback. I can't wait to get things done with you! 🎉

I started teaching in 2010 and have taught all ages and in all settings. I have taught high school, one-on-one English classes, small group classes, and for the past 5 years, I have been teaching online.
My natural curiosity and love of learning led me to the field of coaching where I developed new skills in helping my students build true confidence in their speaking ability and life in general.
