What you'll learn
Little chefs will learn how to make pizza dough that they will stretch and shape into their own personal pizza creations. We will top with a variety of ingredients, learning knife skills to cut each item to size. We will also learn to read a recipe, measure ingredients, mix, knead, assemble and bake both a savory and sweet pizza. What you will need: For dough: 12.8oz (364g) cold water 4 tsp (18g) salt 20g fresh yeast (or 9.2g active dried yeast, or 7g instant dried yeast) 21.4oz (607g) all purpose flour, plus extra for dusting For Toppings: Sauce, Cheese, Veggies, protein *as much or as little as you like!
