Learn to make stock from the bones you saved after eating chicken!

What you'll learn

Making your own stock might be frightening, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s rather simple if you know the (very few) rules. Like: don’t let your stock (bouillon) boil when you’re making any meat or fish stock. 

In this class, you’ll learn what the rules are and how you can choose to ignore them if that works better for you.

You can use your (Thanksgiving) turkey bones or learn to cook a whole bird first (see our other class), then book this Stock cooking class for a few days later.
