Makes 50-60 shells
100g Ground almonds
100g Icing sugar
40ml water
100g Caster sugar
2 x 40g Egg whites. (3 egg whites approx)
1/2 tsp rose water or ½ tsp flavor extract of choice
Pink food color gel or food gel color of choice. Colour gel works better than liquid food color because we don’t want to make the mix too wet.

My second and third books (both UK top 10 Bestsellers) concentrate on living a ‘greener’ life. In these books I share recipes for eco friendly cleaning recipes plus tips and tricks on how to save the plant and money by working smarter, using less and wasting less. I post regularly on social media and have a delightful group of followers who are literally all over the world.
