What you'll learn

This is a private hands-on class! So you'll be the only student and can ask chef Edie all the questions you have! 

Or make this a fun group or team building class, and find out who can make the nicest looking potstickers! 


Potstickers are a restaurant favorite, and really fun to learn to make yourself. You can choose from different fillings and we will end the class with cooking the potstickers and dipping them in the dipping sauce. 

Book this hands-on class for a lot of fun and a great meal to conclude.

* Handmade potstickers, choose your filling: 
    ~ green onion and pork (or chicken, turkey, you choose) 
    ~ crab filling 
    ~ spinach tofu (vegan) 
* Dipping sauce 

Chef Edie, a former picky, understands as no other that learning how to cook involves also learning how to eat. It's all about figuring out what you like to eat, and therefor how to cook it. As a cooking coach she helps people finding their fun in the kitchen and loves to help you understand what's going on in your pots and pans so you can become recipe free in the kitchen.

All potsticker lovers! We will roll the dough, make the filling, fold the dumplings and sauté them in your skillet.
You can pick from 3 different fillings, meat, fish or vegan.

Meet Edie Dourleijn,

Your teacher

Chef Edie was one of the first food bloggers of the Netherlands, attended culinary school to spice up her cooking and to learn all is possible. Then taught curious home cooks like she was all the fun and interesting things she had learned. After moving to California, she started to mentor people looking for a lifestyle change, spending more time in the kitchen and encouraging home cooks to become free of recipes. Chef Edie loves cooking with vegetables, and gets her inspiration from all over the world, the Mediterranean area in particular. She is a curious omnivore and hates to waste food.

What to bring

Tools: rolling pin (or a bottle of wine), knife and cutting board, skillet (with a lid)
Dough: flour, water, salt, cornstarch
For the meat filling: ground pork/chicken/turkey, green onions, cilantro, ginger, bacon, seasoning
For the crab filling: canned crab, green onions, egg, panko, seasoning
For the vegan filling: spinach, tofu, dried shiitake mushrooms, seasoning
Dipping sauce: soy sauce, green onion, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds
Grocery list will be send after signing up, recipes after the class. Choose your favorite filling when signing up!
