If you are seeking an accountability coach or guidance to overcome lack of motivation or just do not know what exercise to do or where to get started this course will help guide you and assist you to work towards achieving your personal fitness goal. NOTE: No meal plans will be offered in this class. This course is over 4 weeks, half an hour each session. No refund.
