What to bring
For Pie Crust:
whole wheat flour - 142gm
milk powder/dairy whitener - 1tbsp
castor sugar - 1tbsp
salt
baking powder - 1/4tsp
unsalted cubed cold butter - 117gm
ice cold water - 5-6 tbsp.
For Lemon Curd:
lemon zest - 2tsp
granulated sugar - 75gms
lemon juice - 6 lemon
unsalted butter - 56gm
corn flour
water
sweetened condensed milk - 1/4cup
For Finishing:
Whipped non-dairy cream
mint leaves
dark chocolate for decoration
