Learn Yoga in 2023 - Yoga Basics Course
If you've always wanted to give a yoga a try, this is the course for you. Over eight 30-minute classes, you'll learn the basics of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga and will feel confident to practice the foundational asanas on your own.
What you'll learn
Each 30-minute class will include a yoga sequence followed by a short guided meditation/breathwork. However, each session will have an emphasis on a specific set of postures, where we will spend time breaking down the movements so that you feel confident to practice them on your own.
