Meet Andrea Consoli,

Your teacher

For over the past 10 years I have been running a small cooking school in Trastevere- Rome welcoming people, travelers, friends and families from all over the world to gather and enjoy their time over learning how to make great Italian food. Even before the cooking school I have worked in many different kitchens around the world but always came back to my Italian roots!

What to bring

If you prefer to cook along with us, you will need (serving size 4):
500gr/ 1Lb Spaghetti pasta
250gr / 1/2 Lb guanciale diced (if you are not able to find this ingredient back home, then just get pancetta or bacon)
3 eggs, beaten
50gr / 1/2 cup freshly grated pecorino romano cheese
Coarse salt
Black pepper
Cutting board
Bowl for mixing
Pot water to cook the pasta
Frying pan
