Italian Aperitivo
What you'll learn
We will talk about what is an Italian Aperitivo in general and where this roasted bread called "bruschetta" comes from. I will show you how to choose the right ingredients and how to prepare the perfect Italian bruschetta. Of course, because you want to get the full Italian experience we will make also Spritz Aperol, which is one of the most popular Italian cocktails. Booking for this class needs to be made 48h before the class is scheduled to take place. Fell free to send me a massage in case you want to discuss further details :)
This class is perfect for
Whoever wants to live the Italian Aperitivo experience
I am not a chef, but you can count on my lifetime experience as a sous chef for my Italian grandma. She isn’t Gordon Ramsay, but trust me that in her kitchen she’s always been a strict teacher and really talented one. I learned most of my best recipes from her and my mother, developing my own taste and my own style.
