You and your teammates go to a tropical island and enjoy some relaxing time at the beach. You will explore visualization, breathwork, and meditation, techniques to save for later in case you need them.

What you'll learn

You and your teammates go to a tropical island, stay in a beautiful resort, and enjoy some relaxing time at the beach. Flowing with life, like the cliché stereotypes. What a perfect time to establish a deeper connection with yourself and grow closer to the people around you.

The beach is enticing relaxation, so you allow it to settle within you. You practice some awesome techniques like meditation and breathwork. And once the heart rate has slowed down, you focus on creating meaningful conversations with those around.

The experience is a combination of storytelling, guided meditations, slides presentation, & breakout room exercises. It is designed to be a relaxing break, to slow down and find resources to navigate more accelerated times.

Timeline:
- Story, setting the mood.
- Beach visualization
- Getting into flow talk
- Choose your game
- Breathwork
- Wrapping up and taking learnings

This bonding activity has a structure, but it's flexible depending on the team’s preferences. It is suited for teams from 6 to 25 people and can be adjusted to different needs.

In the end, the team will feel relaxed, get a glimpse into meditation, and potentially build stronger bonds with the other participants.

This class is perfect for

Meet Carolina Greno,

Your teacher

I have a purpose, to help individuals live intentional lives. And found a wonderful tool to aid me: Psychology. I have been studying (and living) it for over 13 years. I hold Master's from the University of Groningen, and (most importantly) know hundreds of stories from my life and the people I crossed paths with. Because knowledge without experience is incomplete, I also make sure to live a life of intention. Curiosity leads me through strange paths, from settling in a new continent to being a digital nomad. I think life is the greatest teacher and I squeeze every bit of learning I can from every experience.

What to bring

Any item that makes you feel like you are at the beach.
