What you'll learn

Are you getting tired of eating the same meals, and needing some inspiration in the kitchen? Then you've come to the right place! During this one hour virtual cooking class, together we will make an easy, healthy recipe that requires 10 ingredients or less. All recipes that we will be making will be gluten and dairy free.

Meet Mary Dickinson,

Your teacher

I have been personal training for the past 8 years, and nutrition coaching for nearly 3 years. I deliver health seminars for corporate teams and sports teams, work one on one with both my personal training and nutrition clients, and also teach a wide range of cooking classes. I have worked with kids as young as 5 years old, seniors over 70 years old, and everyone in between. I absolutely love what I do, and have dedicated my career to changing people's lives for the better!
