What you'll learn
In a slow flow manner we will work on preparing your body for advanced postures such as Bakasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Astavakrasana and deep back bends. We will dive deeper in understanding of engagement and activation of muscles that are required to maintain the posture while fully releasing rest of the body.
