Gratitude and appreciation practice and talk
In this one time class my clients will be instructed to bring a few things in their mind that they are grateful for at the moment,and notice for themselves how that makes them feel.
What you'll learn
The practice of gratitude is to intentionally focus on and appreciate the things that give meaning to life. It is a powerful way to bring more happiness, well-being, and resiliency into our lives. It is done by using thinking to generate a positive mind state and then dwelling on the effects of that positive mental state. When things are difficult, one of the best ways to uplift our minds is to find sources of gratitude and appreciation.
