MESA CYCLE (four-week program) Following an initial consultation call to determine your fitness goals, Ian will custom design a 4-week exercise program, where he will provide you with a 20-day exercise routine, with 8 days of active recovery. The workout volume, intensity and repetition will vary in this program (periodization approach). BONUS: Each week you will receive a follow-up call with Ian.
