Session 1 focuses on the upper face. This class is particularly good for anyone wanting to work on frown lines, eye area concerns, and cheek area. The workshop includes the full 10minute upper facial yoga routine that involves: -facial exercises -facial massage -acupressure techniques - relaxation techniques - skin nutrition Every participant will receive a E-Booklet for future reference and be invited in to my Face F.I.T FB group. Please note: If you have had Botox or fillers in the last 2 weeks, please schedule for a later date. Yes, you can absolutely incorporate facial yoga with injectables but there are certain guidelines to follow, please reach out for details. If you require a different time / day , PLEASE ASK. She says that by strengthening the face muscles the skin becomes firm and lifted. This prevents sagging and worry lines from developing. It’s just like botox but without pointy needles and dangerous chemicals. Is face yoga harmful? Face yoga compared to botox injections is the safest way to fight signs of aging. It is non-toxic, non-invasive, and safe for anyone. Face yoga is the natural and holistic method of skincare. Is it too late for me? World leading expert in facial yoga) I taught all subjects from beauty, nail technology, massage, facial electricals, reflexology, aromatherapy but my main passion was for natural skincare. In 2019 I decided to dedicate my time and focus to building a online salon to educate and serve my audience with Holistic Skincare. I offer virtual holistic skincare support through Facial Yoga and Crystal Facial Tools workshops, skin mapping consultations, and provide ongoing skincare education through a community hub on FB called Face F.I.T. What to bring
Please ensure you have completed a Face Yoga Consultation form which will be emailed to you.
If you plan on participating, ensure your skin is cleansed and hands are clean. Please have a facial oil or moisturizer to hand during the class.
If you have had Botox or fillers in the last 2 weeks , please schedule for a later date.
