What you'll learn

Exercise on a chair or standing using light weight dumbbells.
The intensity of this class is low, no running, jumping or vigorous exercise.  

What you will gain by joining this class:  
1	Strength to pick up shopping basket, laundry basket or grand child
2	Flexibility to kick a ball when playing with grand child 
3	Strong healthy bones, avoid experiencing Osteoporosis 
4	Healthy living, healthy mind.  Exercise helps slow the process of experiencing Dementia
5	Exercise helps in dependency.  You can do it by yourself and there is no need for help!!

I am certified Strong Nation Instructor and I am in the process of completing cert 3 Fitness which gives me the title as a qualified group Fitness Instructor

What to bring

A chair and light weight dumbbell. If you do not have light weight dumbbells, 2 bottle of water will do. Alternatively we can work on just body weight but with no resistance.
