Tired of needing pads throughout activities? Do you leak in exercise classes? Or while playing with your kids? Feel like you have limited control over your bladder? Perhaps sex is painful? 
You're not alone. The unfortunate part is that most women think they just have to accept this as such. 
Because..you had babies or you're getting older. Yes, this is common but NOT normal. You CAN do things to turn this around and you do NOT have to live your life wearing pads, feeling embarrassed or worried or completely eliminating certain activities to offset your symptoms.

In this workshop you'll gain insights, tools and strategies based on a FULL BODY approach (move on over kegels!).  You'll be able to ask questions, share your experiences and feel heard in the Q&A part of the workshop. Walk away from this workshop with a lot of knowledge and practical tools to ditch the pads!
