Can Face Yoga improve your appearance? 
 
Yes. Studies have shown that facial yoga can improve your appearance. Facial yoga strengthens the muscles in your face and neck. By stimulating the skin and muscles you can relieve tension caused by stress and repetitive expressions. 
 
Is Face Yoga good for anti-aging and wrinkles?
 
Yes. According to Danielle Collins, the world-leading facial yoga expert. She says that by strengthening the face muscles the skin becomes firm and lifted. This prevents sagging and worry lines from developing. It’s just like botox but without pointy needles and dangerous chemicals.
 
Is face yoga harmful?
 
Face yoga compared to botox injections is the safest way to fight signs of aging. It is non-toxic, non-invasive, and safe for anyone. Face yoga is the natural and holistic method of skincare.

Meet Sarah-Jane Brown,

Your teacher

I have been within the Beauty and Wellbeing industry since 2006 as a therapist and from 2013 as a lecturer until 2019. 2006 Qualified Beauty Therapist 2014 Qualified Complementary Therapist 2010 Qualified Level 5 Teaching Degree 2020 Qualified Facial Yoga Instructor (Danielle Collins Method. World leading expert in facial yoga) I taught all subjects from beauty, nail technology, massage, facial electricals, reflexology, aromatherapy but my main passion was for natural skincare. In 2019 I decided to dedicate my time and focus to building a online salon to educate and serve my audience with Holistic Skincare. I offer virtual holistic skincare support through Facial Yoga and Crystal Facial Tools workshops, skin mapping consultations, and provide ongoing skincare education through a community hub on FB called Face F.I.T. I also write a beauty column for a global magazine available via Instagram s.jbrown_
