Daily stretch session
In this short class our goal is to wake your body up, get relief from headache pains, or take a break from a long day sitting. We will stretch, breathe and rejuvenate our bodies. This is a way to add health and value to your day to day routine.
What you'll learn
We will stretch and mobilise different parts of our bodies (hips, neck, etc.), work on breathing techniques, oxygenate our bodies, and become more flexible, adding a moment of peace and health to your day.
